Faith of Angels is a faith-based family drama based on
the true story of Joshua Dennis, a 10-year-old boy who
was trapped for five days in an abandoned Utah mine in
1989. The film focuses on the intense search effort, divine
intervention, and a local man named John Skinner who,
guided by mysterious promptings, helped lead the daring
rescue. Joshua Dennis became lost and wedged between
rocks in the sprawling tunnels of the abandoned Hidden
Treasure Mine in Tooele, Utah. While the community and
rescue crews searched frantically above ground, Dennis
survived the pitch-black, freezing environment for five days
and nights. He later recounted that he wasn’t afraid be-
cause he felt angels were with him in the mine, comforting
him until he was found. The miraculous rescue even gar-
nered attention from President George H.W. Bush, who
cited it as “evidence that miracles still happen”. Snacks and
beverages are offered at no cost. For planning purposes,
