Election Day Ziti Dinner — Volunteer Preparation — St. Joseph’s Church — Schenectady, NY

Event Location: St. Joseph’s Church Hall, 600 State Street, Schenectady, NY; entrance on Lafayette Street.

Event Details: ZITI DINNER TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE
Tickets are still available at both entrances of the Church be-
fore and after each Mass for the 20th Annual Election Day Ziti
Dinner set for Tuesday, November 3rd and the servings will be
from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $15.00 for Adults and
$8.00 for Children under 12 years of age. Take-out service will
also be available by calling (518) 225-4626 beginning at 11:00
a.m. the day of the dinner, indicating what time you would like
to pick up your dinners. Enclosed with this bulletin is a full-
page flyer depicting all the details. We ask that you place
said flyer at a location that will help us to promote our ma-
jor fundraising event of the year. Extra flyers are available
at the two ticket sales tables. Again, we emphasize would
like to make this an ALL-OUT PARISH FUND RAISING EF-
FORT, and we are still looking for your help! We will need
cooks, servers, set-up and clean-up crews, dishwashers, etc.
The Sign-up posters/sheets, recruiting volunteers, are at
both entrances of the Church. We will need help on Satur-
day, October 31st starting at 9:00 a.m. and on Tuesday, No-
vember 3rd starting at 8:00 a.m. So please sign up today
indicating your intentions. We are still looking for donations
from Parishioners, vendors and other individuals who might be
able to help us out. A letter requesting donations, on behalf of
St. Joseph’s Church, is available to give to any contacts you
may have. See Donald Penta for copies of said letter. An-
other way Parishioners can help us out is by taking a block
of tickets and trying to sell them. Donations are still being
accepted, including Cash donations! We are asking for your
support and wish to sincerely thank all those who have al-
ready responded to our requests, and to those who will re-
spond this weekend as well!
