Event Details: NEW MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT GROUP – COMPANIONS IN HOPE
Healing is a journey that involves the mind, body, and spirit. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, we invite you
to attend Companions in Hope, a spiritual support group hosted by our Mental Health Ministry.
Our facilitators are here to walk with you-offering a safe, confidential space for community, prayer, education, and mutual
support. Together, we will reflect on our relationship with God and find strength in shared hope.
The first meeting will be Tuesday, October 27th, from 6:30 to 8:00 PM in St. Edward’s Chapel, and the topic of discussion
will be coping with depression. Future meetings will take place on the 4th Tuesday of every month (except December 2026).
