Christ Child Society Sewing Event — St. Madeleine Sophie Church — Schenectady, NY

Event Location: SMS Parish Hall

Event Details: Sewing Event The Christ Child Society is hosting its third sewing event to make cinch bags for the comfort bag program. We will meet after the member meeting on Saturday, November 7 at 10 am in the SMS Parish Hall. Please consider joining us for some snacks, socialization, and learning about our founder Mary Virginia Merrick as we honor her birthday (11/2/1866). And oh yes, we will have teams to cut out comfort bags, stitch, iron, apply grommets and thread cording. Bring your sewing machine if you can. RSVP Jeanette May at 518-366-2589 or jeanette.may2922@gmail.com. The announcement says the sewing event follows the member meeting at 10 AM; 10 AM is used under the relative-time rule, not as a separately confirmed sewing start.
