SUMMARY:First Friday Rosary Walk — St Mary’s Cemetery — Holy Family Parish — Little Falls\, NY
DESCRIPTION:Event Location: St. Mary’s Cemetery\, Route 5 \n Event Details: Release a Soul from Purgatory! The Holy Souls are counting on us\, so join us as we try to get a loved one released from Purgatory and into Heaven! After the 8 a.m. Mass on First Friday\, November 6th\, ALL are invited to gather at St. Mary’s Cemetery (on Rt. 5)— around 9 a.m.—to join with the Women’s Group on our Rosary walk in a quest to obtain Plenary Indulgences for Souls in Purgatory. During the period from November 1st-8th\, a plenary indulgence (up to one per day) may be gained for a soul in Purgatory if the following conditions are met: 1) Devoutly pray at a cemetery\, 2) Go to Confession (Confessions start at 7 a.m. on First Friday)\, Receive Holy Communion & detach oneself from all sin\, and 3) Pray for the Pope (e.g.\, One ‘Our Father\,’ one ‘Hail Mary’ and one ‘Glory Be.’) If all conditions are not met\, a partial indulgence is granted for that soul\, reducing their time in Purgatory. Join us\, because either way\, the Holy Soul you pray for will benefit—and they will pray for you in return! While we cannot obtain more than one Plenary Indulgence per person per day\, if you cannot join us and would like us to pray for your loved one specifically\, please submit your loved one’s names to Denice Eckler at dmeckler136@gmail.com before Nov 5th\, and we will pray for them. Also\, note that on All Souls’ Day\, November 2nd\, a plenary indulgence may be gained for a soul in Purgatory by visiting a church and reciting one ‘Our Father’ and one ‘Apostles Creed\,’ making sure to adhere to the other conditions for gaining a plenary indulgence. \n Open Source Bulletin PDF: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UU_lXau3KNXm2kMaUmqeW_7kX25nvuNT/view?usp=sharing \n Source Bulletin: https://holyfamilylittlefalls.org/2026-bulletins \n Source Page: 3 \n Calendar may contain mistakes.
